What's happening in the Lake Chelan School District?

February 19 Bond Passes!!

We are happy to anounce that the election for the Bond issue was just posted as “certified” and we ended up with 62% yes (passing) which included 1,304 yes votes and 799 no votes. Thanks again for everyone’s superb leadership and help with these improvements for our schools.

At the March 11 board meeting we will be reviewing all project timelines, the bond sales, and development of the property. Again, thanks to all!!!!

Bond Issue Basics:

• New High School Gym Floor
• Renovations to the Community Gym
• Renovations to the Elementary School Kitchen
• Safer Bus Drop-Off Area at M.O.E.
• 41.3 Acres of Land Ready for Development
• Renovations to the High School PAC
