VOCATIONAL/TECHNICAL AND COMMUNITY COLLEGE:

Students planning to enter Technical/Vocational and Community College should carefully consider the following recommendations:

Þ    3 years of English

Þ    Algebra, Geometry, and Applied Math; important to those entering electronics, construction and related medical fields.

Þ    Chemistry:  Required of those interested in nursing and related medical fields.

Þ    Computer classes.

Þ    Vocational classes, Ag. Mech., Building and Trades, etc.

Þ    Accounting:  Recommended for business, cosmetology, dental assistant, clerical, secretarial positions and sales related fields.
