FCCLA middle school presentation teams will meet at lunch today for final assignments.  Don’t miss this meeting!

 

FCCLA pizza kits are arriving today.  Follow directions on your notes and pick up your orders today after school at Safeway.

 

Congratulations to Amaris Chavez for winning the ROAR drawing last Friday.  She won a DVD.  So everyone keep reading and turn your Accelerated Reader TOPS reports in to Mrs. Wegner when you’ve reached 25%, 50%, 75% & 100% of your AR goal so you can get your name in the drawing too.

 

Juniors and Seniors are invited to take the ASVAB on Tuesday, December 4th, from 8:30-11:30am in the conference room.  The ASVAB is a career exploration assessment open to all upperclassmen.  A student does not need to be planning on enlisting in the military to take advantage of this assessment.  If you would like to participate, please add your name to the sign up sheet in the Counseling Office.

 

There will be an International Club meeting on Thursday, Dec. 6, during Advisory in rm. 158.

JOB POSTINGS:

Lake Chelan School District has immediate openings for two Building Technology Troubleshooters, one at Morgen Owings Elementary and one at Chelan Middle/High School.  The primary job will be to respond to trouble tickets submitted by building personnel, diagnose the problem when possible and either fix the problem or pass it on to the NCESD Tech Specialist.  This individual will help train staff members on basic technology standards and how to fix common problems and or perform common tasks on their own.

 

Lake Chelan High School has an opening for an assistant softball coach. 

 

LCSD has an immediate opening for a playground para educator to supervise during middle school lunch, 1.5 hours per day from 11:00am to 12:30pm, Monday through Friday.

 

LCSD #129 has an immediate opening for a high school head drama director.

 

LCSD has an immediate opening for a full time occupational therapist.
