The National Honor Society will meet today at lunch in Mr. Bov’s room.

 

FBLA meets Sunday, December 9th at 12:00pm for the Santa Letter Project.  Also the FBLA Food Drive Pickup will take place Sunday, December 9th at 2:00pm.  Please enter through the rear door for both activities.

 

Remember that next Monday is a Late Start Day.  School begins at 10:30am.  

 

COMMUNITY  SERVICE OPPORTUNITIES:

Monday, Dec.10, after school until 8pm, students can earn community service hours by helping the MOE PTA hand out frozen cookie dough at the MOE gym. Any interested students can call MOE and give them their name and hours they'll be there.  Please bring the community service form to be signed and there will be fresh baked cookies all afternoon!! Navy Recruiter Doug Tangen will be in the HS hallway, Wednesday, Dec. 12, 11:50am-12:20pm

 

Eastern Washington University representative, Juan Vasquez, will be in the Conference Room Thursday, Dec. 13, 12:30pm.

 

Universal Technical Institute rep will be at CHS on Dec. 18th.  Sign up in Mrs. Nickell’s office.

JOB POSTINGS:

Chelan Middle School is accepting applications for a middle school assistant drama instructor depending upon number of student participants. 

 

Lake Chelan School District has immediate openings for two Building Technology Troubleshooters, one at Morgen Owings Elementary and one at Chelan Middle/High School.  The primary job will be to respond to trouble tickets submitted by building personnel, diagnose the problem when possible and either fix the problem or pass it on to the NCESD Tech Specialist.  This individual will help train staff members on basic technology standards and how to fix common problems and or perform common tasks on their own.

 

Lake Chelan High School has an opening for an assistant softball coach. 

 

LCSD has an immediate opening for a playground para educator to supervise during middle school lunch, 1.5 hours per day from 11:00am to 12:30pm, Monday through Friday.

 

LCSD #129 has an immediate opening for a high school head drama director.

 

LCSD has an immediate opening for a full time occupational therapist.
