Important: All nominees must
have provided service to the FFA organization beyond the chapter level. Significant contributions to the FFA district
and state levels must be documented on this application. It is appropriate to nominate a husband/wife
as one nominee if the support activities are of such a nature.
School administrators may be nominated using this form for exceptional service/support to a local agricultural education program/FFA chapter or support on a district/state level. Years of support is a major consideration for the selection process.
