to turn 18, you must register for the Selective Service. Selective
Service NOW accepts early submission of registration information
by men 17 years and 3 mo. to be automatically registered when

Most scholarships require a Personal Statement
and 1-3 letters of recommendation. Make sure to give the person
writng your letter at least 2 weeks. Follow up with a Thank
