If you are a young man about to turn 18, you must register for the Selective Service. It's fast, it's easy and it's the law. Log on to www.sss.gov
Most scholarships require a Personal Statement and 1-3 letters of recommendation. Make sure to give the person writng your letter at least 2 weeks. Follow up with a Thank You note!
