Chelan Athletic Booster Club
Coaches Information
Revised 11/14/05
Team Accounts
- Every team has access
to a team account with the CABC for use to save money raised. Monies in these accounts are raised or
deposited from the team, not given from the CABC. If you don’t deposit any, you don’t have
any.
- Fill out a completed
Team Account Withdrawal form and give to Mary Schultz.
- Checks will be returned
to you so that you may distribute.
CABC is NOT responsible for paying your bills on time, so be sure
to request checks in a timely manner.
- Checks written from a
team account that have not cleared within the school year, or nine months,
will be cancelled with the check cancellation fee charged to the team
account. The amount of the check,
less the bank fee, will be redeposited into the team account.
- Deposits:
- Please fill out a
Washington Mutual Deposit Slip for your deposit. You may either deposit directly, or you
may bring to me and I will deposit it for you with a completed form. Please send me the bank deposit
receipts to verify your deposit.
- Please organize and
bundle bills to standard banking procedures with rubber bands; coins
should be separated and wrapped if there is enough for a coin wrap.
o
Checks should be written to the Chelan Athletic Booster Club for
deposit into a team account. Include an
adding machine tape if you have more than a few checks.
Proposals
- Complete a Proposal
Request form and give to any CABC director or the athletic director.
o
Proposal Requests should be received prior to
the need or event occurring, with time allowed to address the request.
o
Any person may make requests. It is the responsibility of the person making
the request to complete this form. Third
party proposals will be redirected to the originator. This is to allow for clear understanding of
the request.
- Proposals will be
addressed at the next scheduled meeting after which you will be notified
of action taken.
Each team should
expect from the CABC:
- A liaison assigned to
each team per season.
- Water and fruit
supplied to each team, including JV and C squads, for one away contest
during the regular season. Your
liaison should arrange this with you.
- Meals are not provided
during post-season play. The
exception is for one meal for the athlete at the state contest level with
the total amount written in one check to the coach.
