  1. Proposals

A.  Russ Gatzemeier discussed several proposals that need additional information: 1.  Painting the lower retaining wall of the bleachers. 

            2.  ‘Sargent Field’ sign is missing.  Exploring temporary and permanent signage.

            3.  Victory Bell repair.  It does not ring well because there is a crack in it. 

  1. Discussion Items:

A.  Fall Kick-Off BBQ: 

            1.  Food Permit:  Kathy will follow up.

            2.  Weinstein Beverage:  Mary will call to confirm pop/water delivery.  She will let Shelly know time of delivery so she can coordinate transport to the football field.

            3.  MS/HS rosters:  Mary will obtain from HS AD and MS Principal.

 

B.  Continued discussion about Booster Club accounts and ASB accounts.  Scott will attend a meeting on this soon and share additional information.  He will also bring specific WAC codes pertaining to this.  Mary will get copy of CABC by-laws to Scott.

 

C.  Sports Award Boards for gym:  No update.   

 

D.  Leadership turnover:  Paul will make announcement at the Fall Sports Banquet about the need for new leadership, as most of the current directors will soon want to transition out of their current roles. 

 

E.  Sticker update:  Will sell stickers at the BBQ and upcoming football game.  

 

  1. Next Meeting:

Monday November 10th at 7:00 pm at the HS.
