  1. Updates
    1. Financial status reviewed
    2. Membership/Gym sign:  Robin will be working with SignGirl and Scott to have the signs updated immediately after the Fall BBQ.
    3. Gym sports banners—Scott to follow-up with other material possibilities to update the sports’ teams banners.
    4. $100.00 proposal paid for Jessica Uvalle to CHS.
    5. Be sure fall teams receive their powerade and protein bars or fruit before end of season.

 

  1. Discussion items

A.  Reviewed and discussed letter and conversation received from Brett LaMar of Lake Chelan Building Supply regarding memberships.  He suggested an in-kind donation level be included. 

 

B.  Membership consolidation for next year’s fundraising events.  Discussed how this could look.  Also to include discussion with Chamber of Commerce to be included in the Chamber calendar as a legitimate fundraising event. 

 

  1. Proposals

A.  One DVD camera purchase for all teams use:  passed.  Scott will purchase and CABC will reimburse. 

 

  1. Next Meeting:

Wed. Nov. 28th at 7:00 pm at the HS.
