A. Victory
The original bell is not
repairable. Another smaller bell has
been purchased which will be mounted on the concession stand at the FB stadium
next fall. It will be removable, as well
as the rope to ring it so as not to be accessible on non game days.
Kathy
will look into engraving denoting the CABC purchase.
A. Fall Kick-Off BBQ completed
with small profit made.
Remaining hamburgers to be donated
to be used at potential next football team dinner or basketball jamboree.
B. Booster Club accounts and ASB accounts: Scott shared information received from recent
AD meeting. Suggested made to contact
other booster clubs about what they do.
Continue discussion at next meeting.
C.
Sports Award Boards for
gym: Mary will contact Russell Sign Co.
to order and receive current pricing.
D. Leadership turnover: Paul will make brief announcement at the Fall
Sports Banquet about the need for new leadership. Directors will also talk to potential
interested individuals.
E. Mascot: Cheerleaders are actively fundraising at this
time.

H. State meal athlete meal supplement:
Checks for football, volleyball and cheer to

BBQ purchase: 2 barbeques will be purchased for sports
teams use. Propane to be responsibility
of borrowing team or program.
