  1. Updates
    1. Financial status reviewed
    2. Membership/Gym sign:  Near completion.  SignGirl (Shari Dietrich) is to contacting Scott Raab to place the signs.  She has redesigned the heading and realigning the names. 

Also, Kathy will send updated membership letter in PDF form to webmaster to update on CABC link. 

    1. Gym sports banners—No update
    2. Mascot—No change in regards to new funds.  Discussed and passed for CABC to match new funds raised towards the mascot. 

 

  1. Discussion items

A.  Discussed that cheerstaff are included as state meal participants when they participate and cheer as a squad at state level competitions for athletic teams. 

 

  1. Proposals

A.  Proposal from Joe Harris for the Green Zone asking for donation to support.  CABC logo would be on back of t-shirts handed out at basketball/wrestling events.  Approved $200.00.

 

  1. Next Meeting:

Thurs. 1/17/08 at 6:30 pm in Scott Raab’s office at the high school.
