  1. Updates
    1. Financial status reviewed
    2. Membership/Gym sign:  According to Scott Raab, sign to be installed on Tues. 1/22/08. 
    3. Gym sports banners—Robin and Shari Dietrich (SignGirl) to schedule time to talk with Scott Raab.
    4. Mascot—No update.
    5. PopShoot—Scheduled for Retro Night on Thurs. 1/25/08.  Scott Raab to look into if PopShoots are possible during District Basketball tournament games.

 

  1. Correspondence

Received thank you from Joe Harris for CABC contribution to the Green Zone. 

 

  1. Proposals

A.  Approved sponsoring for district/regional basketball ad spots in program.  Scott to send program examples to choose from. 

 

B.  Bill Clark contacted CABC for financial support towards upcoming bond proposal.  CABC approved supporting in same amount as previously, $200.00.  Check to be sent to district office.
