  1. Proposals

A.  Request for Derrick Talley towards financial support towards All State football game.  Approved $50.00.

B.  Parks Donation:  Approved team sponsorship of $600.00 to sponsor 8 AAU teams during the year starting with spring 2009.  Mary to take check to Chelan Parks office. 

  1. Discussion Items:

A.  Received Thank You correspondence from High School Girls’ Basketball Team for $ towards senior meal. 

B.  Booster Club accounts and ASB accounts:  Plan is to make transition following funds to ASB following each sport season after AD has spoken to each coach.  Fall is completed.  Discussed CABC’s roll with other nonCABC accounts.  Will continue discussion. 

C.  Sports Award Boards for gym:  125 championship date placques needed to be ordered!  Order to be completed by Scott.   

D.  Mascot:  $250.00 Lake Chelan Chamber of Commerce donation.  CABC continues to support matching funds raised towards mascot.  Exact price total, including tax, shipping, etc. requested.

E.  Spring Liaisons: 

            Baseball:  Mary                                     Boys’ Soccer:  Robin

            Fastpitch:  Shelly/Paul                            Golf:  Kathy

            Tennis:  Al Robison                               Track:  Brett Pittsinger

            G.  Sports Banquet:  No operational help needed from CABC for the upcoming banquet.

H.  Toro Grant opportunity:  Information shared and given to Scott Raab of Toro Corporation grant opportunity for baseball and soccer programs.

I.  National Booster Club Association information presented.  No action taken.
