  1. Proposals

Approved $200.00 to support the Green Zone at CHS. 

 

  1. Discussion Items:

A.  Due to change of football jamboree start time, the baked potato concession has been cancelled.

 

B.  Set date for Fall Kick-Off BBQ for Friday 10/10/08.  Same format as previous years.  Mary will contact Pepsi to cancel pop delivery from Sept. FB jamboree date to deliver on the Oct. BBQ date. 

 

C.  Membership:  To date have received one new Tsillan level membership with 13 other renewals from families and businesses out of 41 from last year.  Mary will send out reminder emails for renewals.  Membership sign will be updated by first home volleyball match on 9/16/08. 

 

D.  Sports Award Boards for gym:  Scott will contact coaches per sport about championships and team or individual awards and also inventory the trophy case.  Signs to be ordered after that with the goal of the signs to be put up during Christmas break. 

 

E.  Scott discussed current team accounts process and WIAA regulations.  No new high school team deposits will be accepted and a plan to be developed regarding the turn-over of funds to ASB accounts.  Lorita Beeson scholarship monies will also be deposited to ASB.
