Morgen Owings Elementary is a Kindergarten facility with just over 500 students. The facility has the main building as well as a preschool across the street. The facility is equipped with the latest in communication equipment including telephones, televisions networked to the library (not including the alternative high school), and computers networked on a district wide network. Staff, students and parents are very appreciative of the facility.

During high impact times they are very crowded. Currently the community gym, and the playfield north of the gym are used on a daily basis for P.E. classes.
