Dear 8^th Grade Parent/Guardian:

In the most recent newsletter that went home, there was a brief write up about a meeting for you and your 8^th grader. On April 29th at 7:00 at CMS/CHS there will be a meeting for all 8th graders and their families. The purpose of this meeting is to share with you information about high school graduation requirements, classes offered at CHS, what your students daily schedule may look like and to register all students for their 9th grade classes.

We hope that by doing this we can answer some of the questions that you may have and ease the transition to high school for both you and your son or daughter.

The 8^th grade staff will also be available in the library from 6:30 – 7:00 to meet with any parents/guardians and their students should they have any questions or concerns about how their student is doing in regards to their prepartion for high school.
