Facility Use
Our schools and facilities are part of our community and are available for rent during non-school hours, outside of school activities. We offer a variety of buildings, spaces, and fields for community use.
Requesting a Facility
Requests to use the Lake Chelan School District facilities are being reviewed on a case by case basis to assess COVID-19 mitigation guidelines for each event or activity.

Mandatory Insurance Requirements
A certificate of insurance is required. The facility user shall name Lake Chelan School District as “additionally insured” on their insurance policy, with liability coverage of at least $1,000,000 combined single limit. This insurance shall be primary. Reservation requests will be cancelled if proof of insurance is not provided at least one week prior to the intended rental date.

Spectator Requirements
The maximum number of spectators permitted at a facility must be in alignment with the current Healthy Washington Guidelines on Spectators. We are currently in Phase 3, which allows for a 50% maximum capacity (with social distancing) in areas with permanent seating or 400 spectators, whichever is less.
