SPECIAL MEETING

• Call to Order

Kim Thorpe called the meeting to order at 8:30am.

• Approval of Resolution 2026-04 to accept the bid from Impel Construction

Brad explained the upgrade to the Mt. Goat Futbol Center.  Gene Sementi is the project manager and ALSC Architects has designed the project.  The project bid opening on June 23, 2026 was awarded to Impel Construction, a local contracting firm.  They would like to use Haggard Electric for the lighting and Antonio’s Landscaping for irrigation and groundwork.  The project will be started the first of July.

All new irrigation will be put in and the existing sprinkler heads can be reused within the LCSD maintenance department for repairs on other fields.

CHS Girls Soccer will be practicing and playing on the fields in the PUD Chelan Falls Park this fall.

Stephanie moved and Christy seconded a motion to approve Resolution 2026-04 as presented; motion carried.

ADJOURNMENT
