Facility Use

Our schools and facilities are part of our community and are available for rent during non-school hours and outside of school activities. We offer a variety of buildings, spaces, and fields for community use.

Requesting a Facility

Requests to use the Lake Chelan School District facilities are reviewed on a case by case basis for each event or activity.

Mandatory Insurance Requirements

A certificate of insurance is required. The facility user shall name Lake Chelan School District as “additionally insured” on their insurance policy, with liability coverage of at least $1,000,000 combined single limit. This insurance shall be primary. Reservation requests will be cancelled if proof of insurance is not provided at least one week prior to the intended rental date. This can be uploaded into your FS Schedules profile.

Request Requirements

ALL REQUESTS FOR FACILITY USE MUST BE ARRANGED BY THE REQUESTOR THROUGH THE FACILITIES SCHEDULES PLATFORM (see login or registration to the right).

All organizations and staff are required to submit requests via the Facilities Schedules platform.  For questions about the platform, you can contact Georgia Mashayekh, Facilities Coordinator, mashayekhg@chelanschools.org or call the Central Office at 509-682-3515.
