Heartfelt gratitude to the Chelan & Manson Fire Fighters.
The Lake Chelan School District would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the Fire Fighters of both the Chelan and Manson communities for their assistance in helping us change light bulbs in our stadium lighting at Sargent Field. After weeks of failing to secure an effective way to reach the bulbs over 100 feet, Chelan and Manson came to our literal rescue. The Manson boom truck was exactly the right tool for the job and the time spent to help us was appreciated very much. It was an awesome scene to be a part of a joint effort, coming together to help our school district. I too was able to see first hand what the lights looked like up close!! What an honor that was. Thank you again Chelan and Manson fire fighters, we appreciate all you do each and every day.
