Superintendent Search – Top 2 Finalists

After preliminary interviews were held this week, the Lake Chelan School District Board of Directors has invited Brad Wilson and John Belcher to come back to the District for a final interview next week, March 29th and 30th , 2022.

This will be the final step in the process to replace Barry DePaoli, who is retiring June 30, 2022.

1) Brad Wilson – will be here on Tuesday, March 29, 2022.  He is:

• • Currently Chelan High School Principal
  • Undergraduate Degree – Washington State University
  • Master’s Degree – University of Arizona
  • Superintendent Credential – Washington State University

2) John Belcher – will be here on Wednesday, March 30, 2022.  He is:

• • Currently Mount Si High School Principal
  • Undergraduate Degree – Western Washington University
  • Master’s Degree – Western Washington University
  • Superintendent Credential – Washington State university

The public is invited to the Community Forum for each candidate that will be held in the Community Gym Foyer at 5:15pm on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings.
